Fat Quarter Shop Highlight

Happy Thursday Everyone! I would like to say welcome to Fat Quarter Shop, they are such a wonderful sponsor of me and this blog. Fat Quarter Shop is a leader in the online fabric business. They carry lines that will appeal to every style of quilter. Their customer service and quick shipping is amazing! I have been known to email them and ask for help with color matching – my vision is not the best and trying to color match on the computer is difficult for me, and they always get back to me as quickly as possible. Beyond helpful!

This month they debuted their Little P Patterns. P is for one of Emma’s little brothers, Peyton.  The patterns are mini-sized and can literally fit in your pocket!  Each one is available for digital download and is only $5.99!  These are small projects that are meant to be sewn up quickly. What I like best is that they are perfect for baby quilts! Did you forget to get your best friend a baby shower gift? A Little P can be completed in about 4 hours (quilting and all!).

These are adorable!  Go check them out!

Fat Quarter Shop is one of the most generous shops out there and today they are spreading that generosity to one of my AMAZING readers! A layer cake of Quilt Blocks by Ellen Luckett Baker!

  1. I like the mod look of Color me Crayons best. Also the Garnets and Rubies quilt looks like a great two color quilt.

  2. Oh my Stars is a beautiful design, but my fave is Windy Point. I like the whimsical pinwheel idea. It would be fun to play with fabrics in that design.

  3. Oh My Stars for me. I do love making star quilts. Thanks for the chance at your giveaway.

  4. i think “Rosemary and Thyme” is my favorite It’s Sew Emma Design, it was hard to choose just one though!! thanks for the chance to win an awesome giveaway!!

My favorite pattern is Gumdrop Garden. It’s so bright and fun looking with the colors chosen for the example!

  7. My current favorite is Tumbling Blocks. It reminds me of stepping stones in a garden and I think it would look great in batiks. But there are so many wonderful patterns to choose from that I’m sure I’ll have a new favorite in a few minutes if I keep poking around. 🙂

  8. I think my favorite pattern would have to be the “To the Moon, Robot. ” So cute! Thanks for the great giveaway!

  9. there are so many I like, but first choice is Ritsy, Bitsy, Baby as my neice is expecting… then maybe primative trails or country rose.

  10. To the Moon, Robot quilt is really cute and I bet I could find a little guy that would love that pattern.

  15. I think the designs are scrumptious! I like the Country Rose Quilt Kit still, and the Primitive Stars. I love the close matches of the fabric choices. Like the more moderns ususally, but these two more traditional just sing!
