Hello and welcome to Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day 2012. Thank you Sew Mama Sew for organizing all of this wonderful fun! If this is your first time to my blog WELCOME! I am a quilter and designer. You can find more than fifty free tutorials on my tutorials page. I blog about my adventures in quilting, my forays into clothes sewing (which admittedly scares the pants off me) and occasionally what it is like have an autoimmune disease, being an army wife and being the mom of a toddler.   3. I know I’ll disturb people by picking this, but I really want the Barack Obama patchwork cloth because I know someone who would be overjoyed to have a wall hanging made out of it, just for the historic value.

  4. Who can pick just one favorite fabric?! I just finished up a Shades of Grey quilt, and love how it turned out, so I’d go with that line as my favorite – I want to make one for myself!

    I go for the Dasiy Janie Geo Grand Charm Pack. That’s a kind of design and colour scheme I haven’t used before.

  27. There are so many beautiful fabrics but, Marbled Fabrics – Purples – Marjorie Lee Bevis really caught my eye. I love purple and those are gorgeous colors.

    I love blenders and marbles, so I really like the RJR Handspray.
    I also like the Alexander Henry lines, because the butterflies and flowers are so whimsical.

  46. I don’t know how to pick just one, your right about the selection being completely different to anywhere else! I suppose I should be grateful that I live in the UK as the postage and import tax stops me from ordering too frequently lol I love the Japanese fabrics, but I really love the work by Celina Mancurti, especially the blackbirds in grey and mustard colour ways.
