Reminder: Today is the last day to enter the fabulous giveaway from Stitches N’ Giggles! It is part of the SewMamaSew Giveaway Day. Lori is giving away a Layer Cake of Lucy’s Crab Shack, so head over to the post and enter if you haven’t already, today is the last day!

Now for the plea: This weekend is Memorial Day weekend. A time for all of us to pause and remember. This weekend I will remember my Grandpa, my Papa, and my Grandma – all of whom served in World War II. I will be thinking of my husband who is serving overseas right now and I will be thinking of the men and women he serves with.  Please take a moment to remember those who decided to stand on a wall.

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend and a great start to summer.

Happy Monday Everyone! If you are new to Sew BitterSweet Designs, welcome.  This is my happy creative place, where most everything is right with my little corner of the world. PS. I finished quilting the secret project – and I almost like the back as much as the front now…and the cool part is I used a solid piece of white fabric for the back! It is amazing the difference quilting can make!!!
